SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Eligibility will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping PreCollective ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. PreCollective has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Shipping Carriers We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and service availability.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. PreCollective is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Shipping Restrictions Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If we are unable to ship a product to your location, you will be notified promptly and your order will be refunded.
